Unlisted Fanatic releases on Bandcamp

Joined in with the release of the ‘Farmerman Life’ video and all the attention it’s getting. I decided it was definately needed that the tune was available as a digital download. For the time being I decided to set up a bandcamp account but will go for a distribution through a company so that I can reach Itunes, Amazon, Juno … That will probably join in with a next vinyl release.

I also put Money World & Take I Home releases on Bandcamp. Because of copyright/publishing fees the Barry Heptone & Carlton Livingston tracks are not possible through bandcamp. These will follow on other platforms on a later date.

New Release – Farmerman Life

I am proud to present my new 7 inch release on my own Sir Runnin’ label. It’s a digital roots track called ‘Farmerman Life’ featuring the vocal talents of Belgian singer Collieman. A truely gifted singer but equally talented lyricist he drops a plead to a healthy and positive approach to eating and a critical aim at our ever growing fast food culture. As always the track is produced and mixed by myself. Additional instruments by Saimn-I (Guitar), Mathieu Villain (Trumpet) and Slimmah Sound (Percussion). Clicky the click the play button to listen to a preview.

Currently 7″ inch vinyl release only. I plan to set up a digital release as well. It’s in the pipeline but need to check out some stuff first.

So for all you vinyl heads. It’s already available at following stores:

Dubvendor – UK
Rastavibes – Spain / France
Crucial Tempo – France
Reggaemusicstore – UK
Jah Waggys – UK
Rockersuptown – Germany
Blakamix – UK

More stores to come. Get in touch if you want a copy directly from me !!!

More to the picture than meets the Eye

My good friend and partner in crime for many thing Saimn-I has recently released a self-produced album, titled ‘More to the picture than meets the Eye’. Versatile as he is Saimn is not bound to one style and thus dropped a wide selection of styles and influences (roots reggae, hip hop, early dancehall …) are present. On top he invited plenty of guests and friends to drop in for some nice collaborations. Yours truly provided a drumline/break that was the backbone for ‘Somewhere’. A digital roots track in which Saimn-I and Collieman team up for a nice melodic track of heart ship and a message of hope.

Check it out !!!

The album is available as a free download. Go and grab it !!!
